How do I get my tickets?

All our e-tickets (vouchers) will be sent to your e-mail address. You need to print the e-tickets (vouchers), and bring a copy to London where you will show it at the entrance to the attraction to skip the line, or in the Airport Express Trains when asked for by the staff.

When will I recieve my tickets?

All tickets will be sent to you so you have them in plenty of time before you leave home for London. The general rule is; If you book your tickets within a week from your departure day to London, you will receive the tickets the same day you book, or the next working day. If you book tickets, and there is more than a week to your departure day to London, you will receive your tickets no later than a week before departure day, but often before. What does it mean that my tickets are on request?

For certain events, we need to get the reservation confirmed by the venue or our local agent in London, like for Buckingham Palace. This usually takes less than 24 hours, so we should have received an answer from London the same day as your reservation, or, at the latest, the next day (If the next day is a weekend or a holiday, the first available business day). This we call “A reservation is on request”. When your reservation is confirmed by the venue or our supplier, your e-tickets / vouchers will be sent to your e-mail address, and payment will be finalized. If your reservation is declined by the venue or our supplier (usually because the event is sold out) we will send you an e-mail to inform you the reservation is not confirmed and the reservation is cancelled. If your reservation is cancelled and not confirmed, no money is paid and no payment is finalized.

Can I cancel, return or refund tickets, if I cannot use them?

Some of the tickets we can return or cancel, but we need notification before the “valid from” date. Other tickets cannot be returned or canceled, but in these cases we will try and sell them to other clients. If we succeed to cancel, return or re-sell your tickets, there will be a cancellation fee. If we can cancel, return or re-sell tickets – or not, will be decided from booking to booking, and we cannot guarantee anything!
